Shipping & delivery

These shipping terms apply to United States orders placed through shopmelaxindrbeauty.com.

Delivery area

Standard delivery is available for the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, military bases and P.O. boxes are excluded.

Dispatch

Allow 5–7 business days for dispatch, with a possible additional 1–2 days during high order volumes. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping charges

The standard rate is US$6.99, with free standard shipping for orders of US$70 or more. Any applicable charge must appear before payment.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are provided by email after dispatch. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination; any available estimate must be shown with the shipping service before ordering. If tracking is delayed or a delivered parcel is missing, check the delivery address and carrier information, then contact customer care.

Address changes

Request changes before dispatch; changes may no longer be possible once a parcel has shipped. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delays.
