This policy explains the return and refund process for purchases from shopmelaxindrbeauty.com.

Return requests

Request a return within 14 days after delivery. Provide proof of purchase and wait for authorization and destination instructions. Goods should be unused and in their original packaging. Do not post returns to the business address without instructions.

Return costs

Customers pay return postage for a change of mind. Where free delivery was provided, the original delivery expense may be deducted only where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. Contact us before returning a defective, damaged or incorrect item so an appropriate remedy and required shipping arrangements can be made.

Refund timing

Once the return has been received and checked, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank posting time can be longer. Contact us if a refund is still missing 15 business days after approval.

Exchanges and hygiene

Contact us about an exchange before returning anything. For a different item, an authorized return followed by a separate purchase may be necessary. Opened hygiene-sensitive goods may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return; this does not remove rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Mandatory rights

Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting store terms. Nothing here limits a remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
